Counselling takes the form of 50-minute sessions, usually held once a week.

Nowadays, with all the commitments you have, it is often difficult to find time for regular meetings with a counsellor, who often works in a different place from where you live and/or work. In order to make it easier for you to work with me, I offer my counselling sessions exclusively via video link (Skype, Zoom, Facetime, Telegram, Signal). 

The price for one session is 60 CHF / 60 EUR.

The first meeting is free of charge and is intended to get to know each other.

CAREER COUNSELING

Career counseling is a process of providing guidance and support to individuals who are seeking to make informed decisions about their career path.

Career counseling typically involves several stages, including self-assessment, exploration of career options, and decision-making. During the self-assessment phase, the counselor helps the individual identify their personal strengths and weaknesses, interests, values, and goals. This information is then used to explore potential career paths that align with the individual's interests and abilities.The exploration phase involves gathering information about various careers and industries, including job descriptions, salary ranges, and education or training requirements. Finally, in the decision-making phase, the individual works with the counselor to weigh the pros and cons of different career options and make a decision about which path to pursue. 

LIFE COACHING

Life coaching is a process where a trained professional, known as a life coach, works with individuals to help them identify and achieve personal and professional goals. The coach helps clients identify their strengths and weaknesses, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans to achieve their desired outcomes and provides guidance, support, and accountability to the client as they work to overcome obstacles, develop new skills, and create positive changes in their life.

Life coaching can involve exploring a range of areas, including career, relationships, health and wellness, personal growth, and spirituality. Life coaching sessions may involve a variety of techniques and strategies, including identifying values and priorities, setting specific goals, developing action plans, and exploring personal beliefs and attitudes that may be holding the client back.

The focus of life coaching is on helping clients achieve their full potential, find greater 

fulfilment and improve their overall quality of life. Life coaching is not therapy and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health issues. Rather, it is a collaborative process in which the coach helps the client identify and pursue their goals in a supportive and empowering environment.

The ultimate goal of life coaching is to help individuals create a more fulfilling and satisfying life, both personally and professionally. Life coaching can be beneficial for individuals who are feeling stuck or unfulfilled, looking to make a major life change, or seeking to improve their overall well-being and happiness.

THERAPEUTIC COUNSELING

Therapeutic counseling is a process where a trained professional, usually a licensed therapist or counselor, helps a client to explore and address emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues. 

Therapeutic counseling is a collaborative and confidential process that involves building a trusting and supportive relationship between the therapist and the client. During counseling sessions, the therapist may use various techniques and strategies to help the client identify their problems and develop effective coping skills. 

The goal of therapeutic counseling is to help the client achieve a greater level of self-awareness and understanding, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and make positive changes in their life. This may include improving relationships, managing stress and anxiety, overcoming trauma or depression, and developing more effective communication skills.

Therapeutic counseling can be helpful for individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties, from everyday stress to serious mental health conditions. It is important to note that counseling is not a one-size-fits-all approach and may not be suitable for everyone. However, with the counsellor and right approach, therapeutic counseling can be an effective tool for promoting emotional well-being and personal growth.
